Membership Information
Automatic Renewal:
All Monthly Membership are paid by Auto-Draft (credit card, debit card, or checking account draft). Monthly Memberships will automatically renew each month on the same date that was established during sign up.
Membership Cancellation:
Memberships can be cancelled at any time, however it does require a 10 day notice prior to account being drafted. You can notify us via email at deepwatersjj@gmail.com. Please make sure you get a reply back that we have received your request.
Membership holds and Account Freeze:
Members may put their membership on freeze or hold. Notice of freeze must be given to Deep waters via email notification at deepwatersjj@gmail.com before your monthly draft is to take place. Holds can only be placed if it will be more than 3 weeks. Once you return on the mat, billing will resume.
Refunds:
We do not issue refunds if you do not use your membership, nor can you carry over sessions to the next month if you miss any training. No exceptions.
